Hi students,

Very often students complain to me that solving quadratic equations using completing the square method is tedious and difficult.

Hence, I’ve made 2 video tutorials to help you with this topic. Hope it helps!

**Video 1**

Here’s the second video which tackles a slightly harder question

**Video 2**

i think using factorisation method is easier. 😀

Yes – you should always use factorisation method whenever possible. However it may not be possible to factorise some question. then you will have to use the quadratic formulae.

how can i know which method i have 2 do…???

if i have t0 try all the method maybe it will take a l0ng time…

s0 h0w..???

Factorisation is the common method and easiest. You can use calculator for that. however, there are some that cannot be factorized so you’ll have to use the quadratic formula. How to know that the equation cannot be factorized? When you press the calculator, and it gives you answers in decimals that cannot be changed to fraction, it means cannot be factorized, so you’ll have to use quadratic formula. Hope this helps. Do you need a video tutorial on this?

ohh…i see..

thank you s0 much..

yes..i need a video tutorial…

this video, very2 help me in

my add math result, thank

Hi Akem, you’re most welcome. You can help me to share this website with your friends. If you have facebook, do write a link on your wall. Happy Learning and Good Luck!
